- Manager Structure Analysis: Shields Associates' senior consultants systematically evaluate the alignment of investment managers with the plan's objectives. We make sure that programs achieve diversification by asset class, style, capitalization, and alpha generation, and assign managers specific roles within the total program.

Manager portfolios are then selected to complement the desired investment diversification.
